Those in attendance at the third Supporters Forum were Andrew Goulborn, Derek Bowden, Terry Baxter, Elaine Hull and Lynn Warner from the Club alongside Ashley Cushion, Andrew Kerrison, Annie Perkins, Liz Edwards, Barry Calver, John Ward, Nigel Howard, Steve Beckett, Kathy Whiting, Kevin O'Connell and 11-year-old Max Beckett.

Website Information on Academy / Injured / Loan Players
Terry Baxter advised that the Club is to undertake a complete review of the website, during which time attention will be paid to the Academy content.He pointed out that there are restrictions on Academy reporting due to child protection regulations on Under 16's.

Ticket Promotion It was confirmed there will be another ticket promotion for the Cardiff City game similar to the one for the Wolves game earlier in the season.

TeamCard
The Club has agreed that supporters will be able to redeem TeamCard points against match tickets from next season.

Barry Calver asked how does the club decide on which merchandise to stock?
Elaine Hull advised that she visits other clubs in addition to looking at High Street trends.There is also one football trade show per year.The Club tends to use suppliers who can supply low minimum orders.The collection for Winter 2008 is already in the planning stage.The store staff receive considerable feedback from fans on the range of stock

Barry Calver asked if there were plans to open more Planet Blue stores?
Andrew Goulborn confirmed that there are no plans to open more stores.The Club is to focus on improving its online shop.17-18% of purchases are now made on line.Current plans include the integration of the ticketing and retail systems enabling supporters to purchase a ticket online at the same time as purchasing merchandise.

Barry Calver asked if there were any new lines planned following the success of the Town Toaster?
Elaine Hull advised that the Club has sold 240 toasters and a further order has been placed which should arrive in April.The Club is currently working with suppliers to offer a matching kettle.Elaine displayed a range of new leisurewear and merchandise to members of the Forum.Elaine will investigate whether the manufacturer can produce the Never Ever range in ladies and children's sizes as this has been so popular.Elaine requested that forum members e-mail their suggestions for merchandise so that she can investigate the viability and costs.

Ashley Cushion asked if player visits by injured players to Planet Blue on matchdays is a possibility?
Elaine will investigate the possibility of injured players visiting the Superstore on match days between 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm for signing sessions.
