SCOUTING MISSION
Town are looking to aid the search for new players with an appointment of an international scout.
Blues' chief scout Steve McCall spent time abroad last season in building up contacts in eastern Europe, with visits to the Czech Republic and Poland.
Coach Steve Foley has also been on scouting trips to Spain and Town boss Jim Magilton is keen to extend the search for new talent to every corner of the globe.
"We are now in a position, thanks to the new owner coming in, where we can add to our scouting resources," Jim tells the Club website.
"We want to extend our tentacles into Europe and beyond and to do that we need to look at getting in someone with a good knowledge of football abroad. We want to appoint an international scout.
"They will work alongside Steve McCall and Charlie Woods to co-ordinate a network of information and contacts."
