SURGERY SET FOR BAM BAM
Town have set a date for Richard Naylor to have surgery on his neck.
The long serving defender will go under the knife in a London hospital in the first week in April and is expected to be out of action for three months.
Bam Bam sustained a slipped disc in his neck in November which saw him sidelined for six weeks.
He returned to the Town side in January and played a handful of games before suffering a recurrence of the problem in the defeat at Barnsley earlier this month.
"We let the neck settle down again to see if there was any improvement but surgery is now the next step for Richard," confirmed Town physio Matt Byard to the Club website.
"He will have an operation in early April and we are looking at three months rehab from there so hopefully he should be back for pre-season training."
