AROUND THE GROUND
Local things of interest: Royal Armouries Museum open 7 days a week 10-5pm. Free entry. Telephone 0113 220 1940 for more details.
Pubs: Leeds City, the club's previous incarnation, were originally founded by the landlord of the Old Peacock, opposite the ground, and the current club took their nickname from this establishment. Unsurprisingly, away fans are not encouraged to sample the atmosphere, and there are several doormen. Alternatively, you could try the Scarborough Arms, next to the railway station. (Note: away supporters are generally expected to hide colours).
Local Eateries: Stick to the city for the usual fast food fayre, plus a selection of cafes and restaurants
